Tonight our airwaves come with an Aussie twang as we hand over to Sydney’s community radio station, Triple H 100.1 FM 📻

Our local cricket team, Effingham CC (representing England) have been soaking up the Australian sunshine this winter and even caught some of the Ashes while they were there. Now they are taking on the Manly Waratahs (representing Australia) at the Manly Oval for the Alternative Ashes! Dave the Boss has even dusted off his Manly cap for the occasion!

Alanah has a great selection of guests on her show each month. Earlier this year she had a chat with UK Ambassador for Society of Hispanic Entrepreneurs, Heliana Bedoya. The pair spoke about Heliana's company NeuroEsencia, a wellness initiative supporting families especially those with neurodivergent children.

More recently Alanah spoke with David from the Dorking Men's Shed to share the amazing work this bunch of men do to brighten up their part of the world for the community and for each other.

The Free Your Spirit radio show is back on air this week. Expect a calming vibe before we head into the last weekend before Christmas Day.
