Armii1n left Iran in his early 20s and quickly made a mark on Asia’s underground scene. Based in Kuala Lumpur, he held residencies at Kyo Club, Elysium, and The Iron Fairies, and performed across Bali and Thailand. As a Sweatbox label resident, he released his debut EP, featuring a standout remix by The Mekanism.
After moving to Miami for his Master’s, Armii1n held a residency at Do Not Sit on the Furniture and worked at T Bag Records, also representing artists as an agent before leaving to focus on his DJ and event career. He opened for icons such as Seth Troxler and Carl Craig, building his reputation turther.
Now based in New York, Armii1n performs at venues including Signal, Outer Heaven, HOLO, and Apollo Studio, for promoters like Resolute, Golden Records, and RawCuts. He also founded his own parties, Pregame, featuring Cristi Cons, Oshana, and other emerging talents, while continuing to DJ and run events across the city.
