We are fully booked for 2025!!! Thanks so much to everyone who has booked the studio this year or worked with me on a record. It’s been an incredible year and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been working on with you all.

We are now booking for 2026 so don’t forget that we include and offer our bunk accommodation here at Bam Bam, complimentary, when you book the studio space. Plus we can also offer extra accommodation in our Grange space, on request. So if you’re looking to record in a residential studio, in the heart of the countryside, why not reach out now!?! We are also working on plans to extend our accommodation in the new year, to sleep more people, so keep your eyes peeled for updates…!!!

It was a huge pleasure having in to record with us here at Bam Bam Studios this summer. Keep an eye out for up and coming releases from them! As always, a lot of fun working alongside in the studio. We spent a week together with back to back sessions for various projects he’s working on at the moment. More about that to come soon!

We can now record to tape here at the studio. We picked up and installed our beautiful Otari MTR-90 at the end of last week and I’m excited to be integrating it into my work flow. Big thanks to for all his help with the installation and the heavy lifting!

We now only have a few final slots left this year before the studio is fully booked up for 2025. If you’re keen to work on some new tunes, make a live session, demo or try tracking to tape, give us a message now!

Had a fun few days with .h.bowden earlier in the week laying down some tasty pedal steel. Had a lot of fun seeing how far we could push the instrument. Excited for people to hear the finished product.

If anyone’s looking to get any pedal steel on a track I couldn’t recommend James enough - lovely guy and great player 🤠

Always have a lot of fun working with in the studio. Over the last few years I’ve had the pleasure of working with Cosmo a handful of times, producing and mixing his EP and singles. If you haven’t given him a listen yet definitely go check him out!

It’s been a great first half of the year here at the studio. I’ve had the privilege of working with a lot of amazing people on some really exciting projects. Had some spare time yesterday after finishing a mix so I decided to rewire and upgrade the control room with our new outboard gear. I used the new set up on some mixs yesterday last night and feeling very excited about how they’re sounding. New gear includes:

- Chandler REDD.47 Mix Pre’s
- Urei 1176 Rev H’s (stereo matched pair)
- API 2500
- Overstayer NT-02A Saturator
- Acme Motown DI
- Audioscape EQP-A Pair

I am very excited to announce that I will be releasing my first solo single “In A Minute” this Friday via my own label .bam.records 🤟

I have been working on a bunch of solo material quietly in the background over the last 2/3 years during any downtime between working on albums and EPs with Eades and various other studio projects at .bam.studios .

Originally I wrote and recorded these songs just for me as a purely creative project making something entirely on my own from start to finish minus the drums which were recorded by the amazing and the mastering which was done by Graeme at !! Spent a lot of time in the old studio experimenting with fun guitar tones, weird vocal processing and arrangements etc delving into uncharted territory for me creatively.
