As it is that time of year, Andy & Pete will both be at Official Garforth Town AFC this weekend hosting the Leeds Distinguished Gentleman’s ride for men’s health with the rest of the team!

As you may be aware, we are back in the game.

The key message from this whole thing is that opening a conversation feels difficult at first, but once you do it, you are on the road to a better place.

One way the 2 of us are going to demonstrate this is via these video message questions that we will share on the HMCYT social channels.

We may even use these as leading points for the podcast episodes to really dive deeper into a topic - so if you have a question for either Pete or Andy, or would like to share something with us, please feel free to shoot us a video message and we will respond to them with a video message.

If you have a story and want to speak with us about joining for an episode of the podcast - we would love to hear from you. Your story may help someone realise that they aren't alone and that there is a way to cope and a way for things to get better.

Happy birthday to this specimen!

The silver haired top lad Pete Owen is 65 today. Looking grand for the miles on that frame lad.

In all seriousness, as a friend, I'd like to wish Pete a happy birthday publicly. This guy has been through some gnarly times and is now in such a brilliant place due to lots of hard work and personal battles.

Smashing it lad, the world is a better place with you here man.

Last Night we delivered our podcast for the first time with an interactive audience.
The level of engagement and emotion shown by all was incredible, it went better than we could possibly have imagined for our first one in this format!
Seeing people connect & converse openly on some very difficult subject matter, breaking stigma and searching for solution.
A massive THANK YOU to Truth Hurts Brewery & Tap for giving us a wonderful welcoming location to host it in and their fantastic service to our guests.
