Another installation day at the gallery today. Here’s a sneak peek at what will be getting up to over the next week and a half.

Featuring a collection of artworks created during a series of local workshops exploring mindfulness and culture, and documented through a series of photographs by this exhibition marks the end of a wonderful project.

Join us this Sunday for the launch event, with Chinese calligraphy workshops, Asian food and an opportunity to see the exhibition. Everyone is welcome to come along.

Fun fact: the red dot in our logo comes from the red dot that’s placed next to a piece of artwork when it’s sold.

Supporting artists to make sales from their work is what we're all about, so seeing exhibition fill up with red dots this month has been pretty special.

Join us for Morning at the Gallery, a relaxed weekend morning at Northlight arts Centre. Proper , delicious cakes, the current art exhibition by to wander around. And if you fancy it, the bar is open too, with w**e, aperol spritz, beers and soft drinks.

Our garden is a perfect flowery sun-trap during this time of the year so it's the perfect spot to ease in to the weekend.

It's free, it's family friendly, and you can roll in anytime from 10.

The official viewing of A Year in Yorkshire by Emy Spinks is happening next week and we would love for you to join us!

Emy is an autistic artist from Selby, North Yorkshire, known for her colourful work and distinctive style. Her work in this show takes you through the 4 seasons of Yorkshire through her eyes.

For this event expect to see bright, inspiring artwork accompanied by music, cafe and hopefully some lovely weather☀️

A fresh selection of work has just arrived in what we now refer to as the "Blue Room".

Visitors are welcome tomorrow and Thursday. The gallery will then be closed from Friday to Tuesday over the Easter weekend, reopening with a beautiful selection to complement the spring season.
