This is Elizabeth Clark. Police in Yorkshire have issued a fresh appeal for information following her death - months after she was found seriously injured at home.
Elizabeth - known as Betty - was found with serious injuries at her home on September 11, 2025.
She was taken to hospital for treatment - but died as a result of her injuries on November 12, 2025.
Following Betty’s death South Yorkshire Police’s Major Crime Unit launched an investigation into the circumstances surrounding this incident.
Detectives believe that Betty sustained her injuries the day before she was found at her home in the Kiveton Park area of Rotherham, on September 10.
They also discovered her bank card was stolen that day and was used for multiple transactions between Wednesday, September 10, and Tuesday, September 16.
Detective Inspector Adam Watkinson, who is the senior investigating officer on this case, said: "Our investigation has been progressing, with a team of officers working hard to find answers for Betty's family."
He added: "Any information, no matter how small, could be vital to our investigation.
"Betty was well-loved within her local community, by her many friends, family and neighbours, and our priority remains the same - to find answers."

He will be sentenced by a judge on FridayVia Yorkshire Post
