Wonder if has dropped by. New seats in the Kop look grand and got my eye on some new clothing to spin tunes in.

Loving my time in Italy. Having a real authentic experience here in Pontecagnano, just outside Salerno. There’s a festival happening now which is great…loving it.

What a day in Pompeii. Felt as hot as it did when the volcano erupted!! The floor definitely felt like lava. Great experience and made up I’ve been there.

22yrs ago I had probably the worst day of my life. What was supposed to be a memorable day turned into a nightmare.

I went with 2 mates to go and see play Milton Keynes which was amazing and a great show. Afterwards we walked back to the car and a drunk driver ploughed into us in a hit and run. He killed my friend Paul (Kitch) and injured my other mate

Although I was fortunate enough to not be hit, what I witnessed that night will live with me forever. Seeing a mate lying injured and your other friend flung through the air and dying in front of you is the stuff of nightmares! I’m a huge anti drink driving person…the guy who did it eventually handed himself in but didn’t accept responsibility till the last moment.

His mum pointed out that tonight he’d have been away from us longer than he was alive which has really hit home. Please don’t be that person…just one for the road. Look after each other and be sensible.

I’ve put Wonderwall to this as he loved this song…so much so it drove us mad! Here’s to you pal…always inspiring me and driving me on when life gets tough x

Great day at the Stories From Valley Parade event. I do miss playing at the stadium so today it was nice to be back. Love this drawing by (check him out) and I got to eat my dinner off the promotion plate 😜

Really great night playing at in Kirkstall. It’s a beautiful hidden gem and I highly recommend a visit. Lovely staff, customers, a great selection of drinks and food that’s off the charts. Took these pictures early on but you’ve got to see it when the sun goes down.
