I am the landlord of a student house, primarily occupied by female tenants, and the condition has deteriorated significantly—it’s filthy. I need a professional cleaner who can step in and take full control. The house requires a thorough deep clean, from top to bottom, including all the hard-to-reach areas.

Although I have provided the tenants with premium cleaning equipment—Karcher Steam Cleaners, Dyson vacuums, Makita tools, and hundreds of pounds worth of cleaning products—it appears they may be overwhelmed or simply inexperienced in handling the situation.
