David rated us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My 90 year old mother's TV picture failed. The aerial on the roof had broken in the wind. I called Wright's and they arranged for their engineer, Andy, to call the same day. He replaced the aerial and fixings and had her TV working again within a couple of hours. He was very friendly and respectful of her and her property. The price was also very reasonable. Excellent service.

TV Aerial or Sky Dish moved or fallen down during the recent High Winds? With High Winds and torrential rain hitting West Yorkshire again over the weekend we have a received a number of enquiries from new customers who have older Aerials that have fallen down or become damaged or have lost TV Signal.

Storms may affect your TV reception by moving or damaging your aerial or satellite system, water can damage components or cause problems with the transmitter, including problems with the electricity supply.

Various cable management options are available from trunking to discreet cabling and we can also supply a variety of TV Wall Mount Brackets and HDMI Cables or can install customers own. We also offer a Soundbar Installation service.

Starlink Installation by Wright Digital. As independent Starlink Installers, the feedback from our customers has been really positive. Here are a few photos from one of our recent Starlink Installations in Scarcroft.

What is Starlink?

Starlink uses LowEarth Orbit (LEO) satellites which orbit the Earth much closer than ViaSat or HughesNet. Since the signal doesn't have to travel as far, it's speeds and latency perform much better than the competition.

Starlink internet works by sending information through space, where it travels much faster than in fiber-optic cable and can reach far more people and places.

If you live in a rural or semi rural area this system has the advantage of non-cable connection to the internet as a broadband provider.

Starlink also has advantages over mobile broadband providers ,

Starlink is not reliant on close proximity to local land based transmitters & does not suffer from peak time contention/ transmitter over subscription.

Being a Low Earth Orbit Satellite System, Starlink does not suffer with High Latency issues as most other Satellite Broadband Providers.

Sitting at approximately 550 kilometers altitude this is relatively close in receiver/broadcast distances , which in turn decreases the latency/lag of your internet speeds .

Old and unused Aerial taken down in Horsforth. All associated Cable and Clips removed from the Property and Holes Sealed.

Customer had just moved in and was concerned that the old Aerial could come down and cause damage. Aerial safely removed and customer really happy with the speedy service provided.
