WE'RE BACK!
After taking some time, weβre ready to dive into a new journey of health, fitness, and wellbeing.
This time, we're really focusing on our own mental health, building confidence, and embracing life's enjoyments in the present β all while still trying to support our bodies in a different way.
While Josh is unable to workout in the gym, his new hobby of exploring and hiking will still keep him out and active π₯Ύ
Whereas for Becky...She's still figuring out what she enjoys the most when it comes to fitness ππͺπ»
