Honestly the prep is the part worth doing even if you skip the test. Every course is free.

Stopped logging into Instagram to post and the carousels kept going out anyway.

picks the carousel type,

Eighteen years to climb this curve. One sentence to fall off it.

Calculus for an entrance exam. Data structures. System design patterns. The ML math by hand.

Week one on the job, someone looked at my screen and said “why not just vibe code it.”

Felt pointless for a second. Changed my mind since.

Prompting is the consumer end of AI. Nobody puts “owns a phone” on a resume. The careers sit with people who know how the thing works 🔥

The one that reframed it for me was ilya saying the age of winning by adding compute is closing, and the next gains come from taste.

Hooks, MCP, subagents, skills vs plugins, the workflow stuff nobody explains properly. Around 18 hours total, all free on YouTube.

Would have saved me weeks if someone handed me this when I started.
