This National Wildlife Day, we're proud to be supporting the development of nature literacy across the West Midlands. 🌿

We're working with the West Midlands Combined Authority to create a series of three Nature Literacy learning modules, helping learners build a deeper understanding of the natural world and its importance to people, places and communities.

The first module, Nature Literacy: Understanding Nature, introduces key concepts, explores our connection with nature and lays the groundwork for informed environmental action.

Through engaging digital learning, we're helping make nature knowledge more accessible and empowering learners to play their part in a more sustainable future.

You can often get a sense of the success through learning that you're creating when you hear the real experiences from the people who live them every day.

This week, our team were on location and in our in-house studio again with Riverside to film content for their 'See the Person' customer service training programme.

From capturing customer service stories at Riverside's Speke headquarters to recording the programme introduction at Dynamic HQ, it was a fantastic opportunity to showcase the passion, empathy and commitment that underpin great customer experiences.

Last night, 14 of us headed to Nyla's in Chapel Allerton for Musical Bingo. With R&B and pop rounds, plenty of laughs and even a winning round of shots, it was a fantastic evening spent with the team! 🏆✨
