Providing good Customer Service is not a priority......
it’s the whole game!!
Today I got gifted not one, but two bottles of wine from happy clients. No bribes, no complaints...just genuine appreciation.
(Although if this becomes a trend, I’m not mad about it 😉)
The truth is great customer service isn’t just about ticking boxes or sending polite emails. It’s about actually caring!
No speaking jargon or faffing about. Just make sure you treat every client like they actually matter (because they do!)
It seems that customer service isn’t what it used to be (cue the comment: ‘Well back in my day...’)
But when you look after your clients, treat them how you would want to be treated yourself, they notice!
Sometimes they leave a nice review which means the world to any business. But sometimes…they also turn up with vino 🍷🙌
