Providing good Customer Service is not a priority......
itâs the whole game!!
Today I got gifted not one, but two bottles of wine from happy clients. No bribes, no complaints...just genuine appreciation.
(Although if this becomes a trend, Iâm not mad about it đ)
The truth is great customer service isnât just about ticking boxes or sending polite emails. Itâs about actually caring!
No speaking jargon or faffing about. Just make sure you treat every client like they actually matter (because they do!)
It seems that customer service isnât what it used to be (cue the comment: âWell back in my day...â)
But when you look after your clients, treat them how you would want to be treated yourself, they notice!
Sometimes they leave a nice review which means the world to any business. But sometimesâŠthey also turn up with vino đ·đ
