it’s where we search đŸ”đŸ“±

Someone mentions a certain product or a campervan model to me?
I’m not heading to Google first.

I’m straight on to TikTok and Instagram! đŸ“±Because I want to see it, hear it and watch how people are actually using it. Not a glossy stock image or spec sheet from 2018 đŸ€ŠđŸ»â€â™€ïž

Real videos. Real people. Real opinions.

And that’s exactly why a business needs to show up consistently on socials.
Because if your ideal customer is searching for what you offer and you’re nowhere to be found, they’ll find someone who is đŸ˜«

Social media isn’t just for entertainment.
It’s a search engine. A trust builder. And a decision maker.

Especially in industries like vanlife, where people want to feel the lifestyle before they commit 🚐

So next time someone asks “Why bother posting on TikTok or Instagram?”

Just remember...that’s where people are already looking.

Providing good Customer Service is not a priority......

it’s the whole game!!

Today I got gifted not one, but two bottles of wine from happy clients. No bribes, no complaints...just genuine appreciation.
(Although if this becomes a trend, I’m not mad about it 😉)

The truth is great customer service isn’t just about ticking boxes or sending polite emails. It’s about actually caring!

No speaking jargon or faffing about. Just make sure you treat every client like they actually matter (because they do!)

It seems that customer service isn’t what it used to be (cue the comment: ‘Well back in my day...’)
But when you look after your clients, treat them how you would want to be treated yourself, they notice!

Sometimes they leave a nice review which means the world to any business. But sometimes
they also turn up with vino đŸ·đŸ™Œ
