I took these yesterday evening. I used some specs owned by a neighbour from the last time we had an eclipse. Had I of thought I’d have used a very powerful ND filter and filmed it.

The heat looks here to stay for a bit. The excessive light makes video quality difficult because there is a lot of light. I have an ND filter on my GoPro and a long weekend off so I fully plan to make something. Even if it’s a short video.

Next day off I plan to go for a nice walk. Do some filming before they build on it. And see what birds I can hear using the Merlin app. Which I plan to share then.
