Got the Drop ’25 at Northants Uni, Waterside campus was an Absolute Stunner!
I just love that location for a show. I know I keep banging on about how it feels like it’s in mainland Europe, but it does. Add to that the selection of cars and the attention to detail on each build, and you have something really very special.

A Huge congratulations to the team behind it all! 👊🏼

They’re not wrong, you know, Caffeine & Machine does feel like home.

This morning I dropped by The Hill, in Warwickshire, on my way home from Bristol. I drove up the A429, through the Beautiful Cotwolds, and arrived around 10 am just in time for breakfast. Once I’d finished breakfast, I meandered back out into the car park, where I found not one, but two Bristols. You’re lucky to see one usually, and both of these turned up on their own steam, too.

Then I saw it in the background, an orange Porsche, positioned just so, under the trees at the back of the parking area, with Beautiful sunlight glinting through the canopy. I could sense that somebody was behind me. When I looked around, it was none other than The Original Cult of the Machine, Mr himself. It was only his 912, wasn’t it?
“I parked it there to take some photos of it, but I haven’t quite made it back out yet” he said.

So, in short, here are the shots I took and Phil, great to meet you, dude and thanks for C&M, it does feel like home. 😎

RollHard is Always a Banger, Fact!

These days, I’m more about doing shows in picturesque locations; the only benefit of using some god-awful building like the NEC is that it’s covered if it rains. The RollHard team seem to nail it every time. It did rain, and it didn’t ruin the day one bit. Everyone went into the massive hangar, which had plenty of room.

Hats off to the RollHard team, it was Proper Bo!

Goodwood FoS Horizontal Favourites.

It’s such an Incredible place to spend your time, whether it’s a few hours, a day, a few days, or even the whole weekend. If you’ve been, you’ll know what I mean. What a Tremendous place! Incredible vehicles on display, the Great and the Good of people walking around, all in the same boat, whether rich or poor; somehow, we all unite for the Love of the motorcar.

As you can tell, I quite like Goodwood FoS.
