Although you may be under a lot of stress right now, and maybe feeling overwhelmed, take a moment to pause, to reflect on how far you've come already. Remind yourself that you have overcome many other challenges in the past, you have gained strength, resilience, courage and wisdom along the way.
Ask yourself how do you overcome your current challenges? With all the knowledge you have learned along the way, start to focus on resolution to your challenges, is it something you need to do? Or did you need to change your mindset and they way you are looking at things? It may be about your perspective of your situation.
Start to look within yourself and ask yourself what do you need to do for your greater good? Take a moment to pause, take in a deep breath, and exhale, imagining clearing your mind when you exhale. Repeat this process a few times, then in your mind ask your guides, angels, spirit guides or whom ever you may pray to , what do i need to do right now regarding my current challenges/situation? Allow a few moments for words/feelings/visions to enter your mind. Your answers will start to come, now all you need to do is put a plan in place to start these positive changes in your life.
