Large room available to hire for kids parties, baby showers and bridal showers on both Saturdays and Sundays.

Room is self contained with its own entrance, kitchen area and toilets and is large enough for a bouncy castle or soft play hire. Use of speakers and projector screen if needed. Send us a message with desired dates for more information.

You can now go to the link in my bio & pre-order a 4, 8 or 12 class pass that can be used for any of my classes @ CREATE Studios from January 2024.

Chair yoga is an accessible yoga practice that allows you to practice yoga with the support of a chair. It can be practiced by anyone, but may be especially beneficial for older adults, wheelchair users, those with injury & those who may have mobility limitations.

Both locations are ground floor & wheelchair accessible.

Stretch, strengthen, and feel more connected to your body, your breath and your community.

Pre-booking preferred, but not essential.
