I’ve often seen people win awards and have looked on in awe and wonder. Now I have one! 🙏🏼😱🥰

Last Friday I had the most wonderful experience. Not only was it a chance to put on a dress! But it was also the chance to meet and spend time with such wonderful people I’d never have had the chance to meet without this incredible opportunity. I was in incredible company with the other finalists - it’s humbling!

I play most things off with a smile and a joke but this has been a deeply emotional experience and one I feel deep gratitude for. To be entered by my wonderful Mentee Matthew of reminds me why mentorship and community matter.

I started learning this trade from my Dad and Grandad over 25 years ago, and to now be passing that knowledge and life experience forward and to be recognised by someone I’ve helped feels like things have come full circle.

This award is proof that dedication, craftsmanship, and kindness matter to this brand who have made the history of this industry and I’m truly grateful 🙏🏼

It’s also proof that even after decades in the trade, there are still new milestones, new joys, and new reasons to be proud of ourselves and make others the same.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this story as there are many of you who encourage me daily-it’s a joint team effort 🙏🏼

Here’s to many more years of doing what I love - helping others to flourish and prosper as Painters and Decorators.

Still feeling so touched by this moment 🥹

Having one of my mentees visit me at the P&D exhibitor stand meant more than I can express. Of course Annukka you were also there to talk spray courses with the fantastic Academy too!

Watching you grow, learn, and step boldly into the vision of your own path has been one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

Sharing your wins and “aha!” moments along the way has been both beautiful and downright hilarious 🤣 We’ve laughed, we’ve learned, we’ve ‘hallelujah’ (a few times), and we’ve celebrated every milestone with wild enthusiasm.

Mentorship isn’t just guidance it’s connection, shared growth, and cheering each other on through every wobble and triumph.

Annukka I’m so proud of you - you are an incredibly talented woman and I’m proud of what you are taking on board and applying and of all you’ve achieved in just 12 weeks.

I can’t wait to see what she does next!!

Here’s to helping more decorators - sharing more success stories, helping make more confident decorators, assisting more tradespeople pricing with clarity and finally - frankly - seeing you earning what you’re bloody well worth!! 💪😍🤩

I’m excited to share with you that I will be on the stand at this year’s Painting and Decorating Show at the Ricoh Arena, Coventry!

I’d love for you to come over, say hello and have a chat with me. You guys know how much I love sharing my story as to why I fell in love with spraying, how it transformed my business, increased my income, and gave me a real sense of confidence and certainty. Spraying has also had a hugely positive impact on my mental health, and it’s a journey I’m passionate about sharing.

When I qualified as a CNM HealthCoach and Holistic Life Coach it was with one single intention in mind - to help decorators live healthier and more successfully and live artfully and well.

I’ve known feast and famine - hard days - long nights on jobs when I often cried as Id rather be home rather than pulling an all nighter, being on a long nighter and being too tired to cry. I’ve known frickin AWESOME days, a far bank account and the wins of a job going well, happy clients who return and return and a great reputation because I knew what it took to build it. It takes a lot of elements and organisation and processes and strategies.

It turns out that not only can I help with how to manage bad backs and sore knees and shedding a few kgs or 3 stone but that I absolutely LOVE helping you have a more efficient business that pays well too. My god do I know all about the lows and highs!

Part of my coaching now is auditing your business and assessing pockets of opportunity for expansion and efficiency.

And before you roll your eyes, yes, it’s from the P&D Show—the one hardly anyone watched because, let’s be honest, it was longer than a biblical epic. Moses himself would’ve tapped out halfway.

But fear not! I’ve done the hard graft for you, sifted through the endless footage, and pulled out the real gems. Think Sharron’s one-on-one interview—pure gold, darling!
