πΊRemembrance Day β 11 November
Every year on 11 November, we honour the memory of those who gave their lives for peace and freedom. It is a day to remember soldiers, volunteers, medics and civilians β men, women and children whose lives were cut short by war.
πToday, as terrible conflicts continue around the world, thousands of people are dying, suffering and losing their homes and loved ones. This day reminds us of the value of human life and the courage and selflessness of those who protect others.
π―οΈWe remember them with gratitude, mourn their loss and pray for peace, hoping that future generations will live without the fear of war. Remembrance Day is not only a time to reflect on the past, but also a call for peace and humanity today.
