Thanks today go to David and Steve (l-r) and their colleagues at TES Radio Ltd. for donating 6 boxes of food items for the Preston “Here For Humanity” Community Owned H.F.H CIC Reverse Advent Calendar.

Steve is in training to be a Walx Guide and will be bringing you walks from January 2022.

As the MD of TES Radio Steve encouraged his team to donate and they got right onboard with collecting items.

The design, install and maintenance of mission critical communications is our business and we take it extremely seriously but here at TES we also love to take a little time out for the more light hearted things in life.

When the daughter of one of our engineers asked if we had a mascot, we asked ourselves, ‘Why do we not have a mascot?’. It was agreed at board level that we needed to appoint someone who would not only represent our business professionally but also have a huge amount of cuteness. So, after hours of interviewing candidates we invited Ted to join us in this very important role. Ted’s bearly 9 inches tall, small but mighty and definitely the bear for the job!

Ted has previously been involved in the world of media, working for the BBC (Bear’s Broadcasting Company) so is in an excellent position to head out with our team both in and out of work to report on what they get up to! He’s told us that he’s up for most things so over the last few weeks we sent him out around the country with various members of our team………….
