Severe delays and one lane closed due to accident on M6 Northbound from J31 A59 Preston New Road (Samlesbury) to J31A B6242 Bluebell Way (Longridge). Congestion to M6 J28(Leyland) and also back to M61 J9 (Clayton Brook). One lane remains closed after traffic is released
