Candace Candido I was no exception, but I'm here to share my journey of how I changed my low paradigms of thought and transformed my life for the better.

Transforming My Life: How I Changed My Low Paradigms of Thought

At some point in life, many of us find ourselves trapped in a cycle of negative thinking that keeps us from reaching our full potential. If you're looking to break free from negative thinking patterns, I hope my story can inspire and guide you. Recognizing the Problem

For years, I struggled with low self-esteem, self-doubt, and a pe

rvasive sense of unworthiness. I was my own harshest critic, constantly replaying my failures and missed opportunities in my mind. These low paradigms of thought were like a heavy anchor, holding me back from pursuing my dreams and living a fulfilling life. Shifting My Perspective

The first step towards change was to acknowledge that my negative thought patterns were not serving me well. I realized that my thoughts had a profound impact on my emotions and actions, and they were keeping me stuck in a place of unhappiness and self-limitation. Embracing Self-Compassion

I began practicing self-compassion, which involved treating myself with the same kindness and understanding that I would offer a close friend. I started to challenge my self-criticism by asking, "Would I say these things to someone I care about?" This shift in perspective allowed me to break free from the cycle of self-deprecation. Seeking Support

I understood that I couldn't change my thought patterns alone. I sought support from friends, family, and, when needed, a therapist. Talking about my negative thoughts and emotions with others not only provided me with valuable insights but also reassured me that I wasn't alone in my struggle. Mindfulness and Meditation

Mindfulness and meditation played a crucial role in changing my thought paradigms. These practices helped me become more aware of my thoughts without judgment. I learned to observe my negative thoughts as they arose and let them pass, rather than getting entangled in them. Positive Affirmations

I began incorporating positive affirmations into my daily routine. These simple, positive statements helped reprogram my subconscious mind. Over time, they replaced the negative beliefs with more constructive ones. For instance, I repeated affirmations like, "I am capable," "I am deserving of happiness," and "I can overcome challenges." Setting Realistic Goals

I learned to set realistic, achievable goals and celebrated my successes, no matter how small. This allowed me to build self-confidence gradually and break the cycle of self-doubt. Embracing Growth and Learning

Instead of viewing failure as a confirmation of my inadequacy, I began to see it as an opportunity for growth and learning. I reframed my experiences, recognizing that they were stepping stones to my personal development. The Ongoing Journey

Changing low paradigms of thought is an ongoing journey. While I've made significant progress, I still have moments when negative thinking resurfaces. However, I've equipped myself with the tools and mindset to confront these thoughts and redirect them towards positivity and growth. You Can Change Too

If I can change my negative thought patterns, so can you. The first step is recognizing that your thoughts are not facts and that you have the power to transform them. Seek support, practice self-compassion, and be patient with yourself. It's a journey filled with ups and downs, but the transformation that awaits is worth every effort. Remember, your thoughts shape your reality, so make them work for you, not against you. You have the power to create a brighter, more positive future.

Ever tried to sneak in some work at 4am, thinking the house is still asleep?

Well, that's what I thought too!

Thirty minutes after my shower, I heard a tiny voice calling out "Mama!" and suddenly he was right there beside me, wanting me to come back to bed.

Working from home during the holidays is always an adventure, but moments like these make it all worth it.

It's not always easy, but it sure is filled with love and laughter.

Let's be real, he's the best co-worker I could ask for.

Anyone else have early morning work buddies?

My office pod absolutely HAD to have one essential feature...

A little hot tub!

Why, you ask?

Well, because after a long day what's better than a quick soak to recharge?

Emails, meetings, and then, boom —a hot tub break to refresh my creative vibes.

So if you need me, I'll be in my new favourite spot.

Chose to work from the gym yesterday! Found my little corner seat. Really enjoyed the new clubroom. My four year old never refuses to attend his classes, it's just my eldest that would rather be a typical teenage boy! 🤣

Guess what?

I've been hitting the gym consistently for the past few weeks, and it's been amazing!

Each time I climb those stairs, I get to see this awesome view from the top, and it's totally inspiring.

Plus, our gym is getting a super cool upgrade right now—can't wait!

Just like our gym, I'm going through my own transformation journey.

It's been a wild ride, but so worth it.

And as a manifestation coach for home-educating moms, I know how important it is to chase your dreams and make them a reality.

To all you awesome home-educating mamas out there, I get it—life can be hectic.

But your dreams are totally achievable!

Ready to start your own transformation?

Our emotional bodies is one of the strongest because it takes on the feelings. This is why we can feel pain, fear, hurt and anger or frustration. This is an illusion, we are only gaging the senses. Because energy is always moving, means that past experiences do not have power over us and dont have to repeat themselves. We are the only ones responsible for inviting these back into our lives, rewriting the script of that emotion and running this data through our feeling centres again.

Anything that happened to you in the past, can change in the present now and probable future just by the way you speak about it now.

Every molecule and energy in your body is always in constant movement.

It may look like your skin is still, our skin is changing all the time. This is why we have a shower and take baths to get rid of dead skin cells.

Energy is the same, and always in motion.

So, don't you think you have the right to not always use the past as a way to create factual evidence of your future?
