As advocates of enhancing understanding and inclusion of neurodiversity in the workplace, we would like to share something with you today.

For those who don’t already know…

…that, as well as running our multi-award-winning media consultancy and continuing to pen copy as a multi-award-winning freelance journalist, our CEO, Justine, has spent the last two years fulfilling a lifelong dream…

…to complete an MSc in Psychology.

And we’re delighted to say that she has not only passed all her modules with flying colours, but she's now also had her dissertation study ethically approved. This is the study we’re sharing with you, below, today.

The research is focused on workplace inclusion, chronic stress and potential burnout among adults who identify as neurodivergent.
If you believe you are neurodivergent – such as having ADHD, dyslexia or autism – or self-identify as neurodivergent, you may be eligible to take part.
Please note: due to the ethical requirements of the study, participants must not already have a formal clinical diagnosis in place.
