The “brief stopover” we expected in Lyon was not to be.
A fault with the plane due to fly us from Lyon to Marseille meant we had to have a replacement aircraft which delayed us by three hours. Needless to say, nobody told any of the passengers what was actually happening so much frustration all round. Especially by the French.
On receiving an email from Air France asking what I thought of their service, I had great pleasure in telling them precisely what I thought!
But now finally in Aigues Mortes.
