A friend has perfectly summed up why is so loathed:
“It is his complete hypocrisy.
I don’t buy this ‘decency’ shtick that some of the journos apply to him. His one god is ‘international law’ - another of those faceless, humourless, remorseless supranational deities far removed from everyday human lives.
Add to that a weakness for rich people buying him expensive things having raged about similar gifts to Boris and you have some of the ingredients of a deeply dislikable person.”

Electoral Calculus say “Labour has suffered a historic collapse. Support has tumbled relentlessly, dropping the party into third place on the monthly poll of polls for the first time since Michael Foot was leader in 1983 and to its lowest level in four decades.”
Aggregating polls over each month and taking into account tactical voting, Labour have now fallen to 3rd place and the Conservatives have recovered slightly at Reform’s expense.
Reform would still be the single largest party in the House of Commons, but without an overall majority.
