The brand had all the right ingredients. A loyal customer base, quality product, and clear demand. The organic audience was strong, but paid traffic wasn’t converting as efficiently. ROAS was around 0.85, AOV was low, and CPMs were hitting $117, limiting how far the ads could go, even with strong creative behind them.
There were loads of things we could have fixed, but trying to solve everything at once never really works. It’s like trying to fill ten buckets at the same time, you end up making slow progress on all of them. So we focused on just one. The most impactful one… Dropping the CPMs.
Once we brought CPMs down to around $20, everything started opening up. That’s 6 times more reach for the same spend. Now we had the volume the next step was making each visitor worth more.
We got to work on AOV. Cleaned up the homepage, improved the product layout, and made the offers more enticing. That $20 to $40 average order value? Now sitting between $80 and $100.
Right now the numbers look like this:
* 4.13 ROAS
* AOV $80-$100
* 2.3% conversion rate
* 6% CTR
