Like so many women, I grew up believing: the harder you work, the more you earn. The harder you work, the more you deserve.

I worked multiple jobs from the age of 15 until I started my business. In fact, my business was my THIRD job at the time I started it.

So in the early days of my busines, I carried that hustle with me. More hours = more income.

And at first? It worked.
Until it didn’t.

Because it got to a point where no matter how fast I worked or how much I gave… I ran out of hours long before I ran out of potential.

And that’s when I realised: hard work can only get you so far and that growth and scaling isn’t about working harder - it’s about working smarter (I know, I know, cliche but true).

It’s about knowing where your business is leaking money, time, and opportunity so you can fix it without burning out.

When I got radically honest with myself and did this work, everything changed.

👉 In 2019, as a DFU service provider, I tripled my income and halved my working hours in just 18 months, hitting consistent £5k months while navigating the hardest year of my life personally and a global pandemic.

👉 In 2024, I launched a new business and secured contracts worth £160k within 18 months (working in it 2 days a week) while also maintaining my coaching business income and halving the time I work in that business.

It’s time that you realise that your potential isn’t the problem.

Introducing the NEW Claire Lockey Coaching brand...

The last 12 months have been incredible.

Bringing to life and achieving £160k worth of contracts in our first 18 months (not bad for a two day a week business!).

In Claire Lockey Coaching I'm already up 149% compared to 2024 and we've got so much still to come.

I've grown so much.
My vision has become clearer.
The impact I want to make bigger.

And so I wanted a gorgeous new brand to embody the women I am today.

It's bright. Assured. Bold. Full of personality and unapologetically me.

So here’s your reminder to finish 2025 off strong:
