The Sound of This Sound were launch events; one in England (Liverpool) and one in Scotland (Perth). Factory Records stalwarts A Certain Ratio headlined at Liverpool and Glasgow's Freeview at Perth. Newton le Willows energetic DbD, or Death by Decibals, joined us for both. This Sound acts, Redshed and Paradigm, completed the bill for Liverpool but pulled out of Perth.
