Today, I honor this universal life force energy that flows through us all — the same loving light that can restore balance in body, mind, and spirit.

For me, Reiki is not just a healing technique… it’s a sacred reminder that true healing begins within.
It’s about opening the heart, releasing resistance, and allowing divine energy to do its work.
