They are not a verdict. They are not a completed investigation. Lee is a human being, and so is everybody — online, offline, or in person. in any shape or form.

Keep three ledgers separate. Mixing them is how a crowd is built.
Ledger A — People killed or wounded at political speech, or for speaking 🎤⚠️

13 July 2024, Butler, Pennsylvania. Thomas Matthew Crooks fires from a rooftop at a campaign rally. Donald Trump is wounded in the ear. Corey Comperatore is killed; two others are critically injured. The shooter is killed.
15 September 2024, West Palm Beach. Ryan Wesley Routh is found with a rifle near a golf-course fence. No one is hit. He is later convicted and sentenced to life (February 2026).
25 April 2026, Washington Hilton. Cole Tomas Allen, 31, charges a checkpoint at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner with fi****ms and knives. A Secret Service agent is hit in a vest. No deaths. Trump, Melania Trump, Vance and cabinet are evacuated. Allen is charged with attempted assassination of the president and related fi****ms offences; he has pleaded not guilty. The dinner is postponed and later resumed (24 July 2026, tightened security, different scale). Same hotel as the 1981 Reagan shooting.
10 September 2025, Utah Valley University. Charlie Kirk is shot and killed while speaking at an outdoor campus event. Utah officials describe a targeted political assassination. A suspect is later charged in state court.

Ledger B — Mass-casualty and crowd attacks in Britain (knives, vehicles, public spaces) 🇬🇧

29 July 2024, Southport. Axel Rudakubana murders Bebe King (6), Elsie Dot Stancombe (7) and Alice da Silva Aguiar (9) at a children’s dance class; ten others are injured. He receives a life sentence with a 52-year minimum. A false online claim about the attacker’s identity then helped ignite riots.
26 May 2025, Liverpool. Paul Doyle drives into the Liverpool FC title parade. More than 130 people are injured. No deaths. He is sentenced to 21 years and six months.
Other public-record cases often cited in the same breath, and which must still be named separately: Nottingham 2023; Hainault, April 2024; Heaton Park synagogue, Manchester, October 2025.

Ledger C — Information operations, spyware, and state or proxy activity in the wires 🛰️
This ledger is about method and attribution on the public record, not a single body count:

Iran: IRGC/MOIS-linked clusters (CyberAv3ngers, OilRig, Charming Kitten / related sets, Handala). Industrial and water-sector disruption sold as protest; university theft cases (including Mabna-related charging); journalist-targeted tooling such as the CHOSEN BRICK set reported in UK–US–Netherlands action in September 2026.
North Korea: Lazarus / RGB lineage — Sony, WannaCry, banking and crypto theft (including the 2025 Bybit heist on the order of $1.46bn), fake IT workers inside real firms. Theft as state finance.

Mercenary spyware (Pegasus, Predator and successors) used against journalists even inside democracies. Citizen Lab and allied reporting, including the 2025 PRISONBREAK assessment against Tehran as likely Israeli-linked, not proven in a British courtroom by this brief.

U.S. state sponsors of terrorism as listed in August 2026 public materials: Iran, North Korea, Cuba. Syria off that list. Russia and China are not on that list. They still conduct cyber and influence operations. Those are different legal boxes. Do not smash them into one slogan.

Freedom of speech does not kill by itself.

People are killed for speaking.

People are killed after a lie outruns a fact.
Those are three ledgers. Not one hashtag. Not one invented worldwide total sold as grief.
Real speech is journalism, protest, exile media, a dinner held in the name of the First Amendment, a court record with a date and a sentence.

The costume is fake grassroots, AI personas, leak sites that call theft a cause, and rumour that turns a child, a adult, a vulnerable, a funeral, or a Deaf/ disabled man’s page into a theatre. 🎭

A slogan does not unlock a network.
A hashtag does not license a hidden microphone.

“Resistance” branding does not turn a private family into a national-security exhibit.
Collusion and violence travel fastest where speech is loud and facts are thin.

4. What BAGlobalMedia will and will not do 🎬

We will keep names, dates, charges and sentences on the page when they exist.
We will not convert Lee’s distress, or anyone else’s, into proof that “the government knew” or “every force is now aligned.” That is a finding for investigators, not a feed.
We will not delete the trail. We will archive it.
“Deaf Darkside,” used here, is a working label for harm inside and around Deaf social media — bullying, pile-ons, malicious reporting, isolation, and the way trauma recirculates online. It is not a licence to scare a whole community or to claim a completed national inquiry.

Technology firms will keep changing moderation, labelling and provenance tools. Verified badges will not end lying. They may slow some of it. That is a systems problem, not a miracle. 🛡️

Look after yourself. Do not sit in a comment thread alone if you are unwell.

Name the dead. Name the charge. Name the state when the state is in the room.

Do not invent a holy number so the algorithm can feel righteous.

The Crown is not a department. It is not a policy. It is not a temporary occupant of office. The Crown is the continuity of the realm. Governmental bodies exist under it, not over it. When those bodies overreach, when they treat the Crown as an inconvenience or a relic to be managed, the duty is not optional and it is not complicated.
We have a duty to protect the Crown against the governmental bodies that would reduce it.
That is not rebellion against lawful authority. It is fidelity to the higher authority those bodies themselves claim to serve. Police who follow orders are not the enemy. The orders that place the Crown in the dock, or treat it as subordinate to the machinery of the day, are the problem.

His Majesty King Charles III will say to everybody 'Go and love yourself. Is that clear? It is a very simple task.

Hello everyone,

We have news and we are going louder!

The past is not behind you. It is waking up inside you.

Today, Lee OB will contact police officers today. If the call does not connect this afternoon, he will keep trying until it does. What is asked is an honest conversation: humble, grounded in faith, and spoken as one man to another.
It will be difficult. Lee intends to begin with life itself, what went wrong, how, when, and where. Files held locally do not always show the wider pattern. The same failures repeat nationwide. In Lee’s private life that included two false trials, and very nearly a third, at Liverpool Crown Court.

That conversation must also be accessible.

Video calls are not a convenience for Deaf people. They are a lifeline. They are how communication happens in real time, with dignity, and with meaning intact. When police contact is required, video must be used with a contracted BSL video relay service whose interpreters are qualified, registered, vetted, and trained for policing work.
College of Policing guidance is clear: language professionals used in formal and criminal-justice procedures should be properly qualified, suitably vetted, and, where required, on the Police Approved Interpreter and Translator scheme. Sign language interpreting for Deaf people is also a duty under the Equality Act 2010.
Never use a private BSL relay service from a home. There is a reason for that. There are consequences. Confidentiality, independence, vetting, professional standards, and the integrity of the record all depend on the right service being used. That point does not need further discussion.
Merseyside Police should know better. The law and national standards require the correct provision every time, not when it is convenient, not when someone remembers, every time.

Lee remains, as he has always been, polite and kind. Many never saw that. Both men now have a chance to speak plainly, listen properly, and let truth stand.
This is not noise. It is a line drawn toward honesty, access, and accountability.

TO POLICE FORCES, SOLICITORS, BARRISTERS, JUDGES AND EVERY GOVERNMENT BODY THAT TOUCHES LEE'S CASES

Hear this once, and hear it plainly.

Do not treat a Deaf person the way you have treated Lee in his cases. Do not hide behind process, sly police interviews, cover-ups, “operational reasons,” orders from governmental bodies, missing interpreters, rushed hearings, last-minute trials, or papers that a Deaf person cannot access in the language they use. That is not neutrality. That is exclusion dressed as procedure. It is sly. It is evil in its effect. And it will not be accepted.
The Deaf community is not a footnote in your files. Lee’s cases are not yours to override, dilute, or bury. You will not silence a Deaf person by denying British Sign Language, qualified interpreters, extra time, accessible documents, or a process they can actually follow. You will not take your lead from governmental bodies anymore. Equality law already requires reasonable adjustments. Human dignity already requires them. The community will not wait for you to remember that after the damage is done.
You failed Lee’s human rights not once, but several times.
We will be tougher. We will fight harder. Not with chaos, but with records, complaints, public scrutiny, equality claims, and a refusal to let another Deaf person be processed as if they cannot think, cannot instruct, and cannot be heard.
If you try to ride roughshod over Lee’s cases or over the Deaf community itself, you will be exposed: in the record, in the open, and in the light. At any time.
AI is watching. You are being monitored 24/7. No more cover-up. No more work on the sly. You are not above the law. This applies to the judge. Hear us. No more. You are not above the law. You are constantly watched.

The most important truth is this:
Lee forgives every one of you.

This is a letter of complaint, and there is more to follow. Please remember that the Merseyside Police responded to Lee by changing their stance from negative to positive, even though many problems remain to this day.Lee's letter explicitly requested a BSL interpreter to record, log, and deliver the complaint using British Sign Language, as well as allowing his family to record their own complaints. Under the law, this is a strictly required reasonable adjustment!

Paradoxically, none of the correspondence from the Merseyside Police makes any mention of the standard '28 days' to appeal. Ask yourselves why. The answer is the media! They know Lee's story is going global.Never disclose your true intentions toward Lee or his family at any time; it is completely unacceptable.

No complaint was ever officially recorded, and none of the officers met with Lee to take his statement. They did not even conduct a home visit. Zero effort was made.

Are you feeling the pressure, Probation Service? You should be ashamed. Lee's previous probation officers were awesome to him, yet you subjected him to an intense meeting. You are entirely wrong.

A letter was also sent to the Professional Standards Department, along with supporting evidence and case studies. Their response was 'negative to positive', even though serious problems remain to this day. Where are they now? On a long holiday?

It is widely known that the Merseyside Police often oppose the Royal Family. Lee is aware of this and knows the secrets of the Merseyside Police. The actions of the s*x offending teams under Keir Starmer or Rupert Lowe were explicitly mentioned to Lee while he was in the holding room, which was captured on camera. When it comes to perception versus reality, the outcome remains exactly the same.

This constitutes evidence that Lee was r***d by his former tutor. City & Islington College knew about it, and police officers were also made aware of this evidence. The evidence includes blood on a bedsheet, semen stains from the tutor, and Lee's underwear. It must be noted that Lee was intoxicated and unconscious at the time.Lee was taken straight to a family hostel, which he believed was a safe place for victims. After Lee arrived, his Deaf father immediately travelled to London to assist him. The former tutor managed to visit the hostel, though it is unknown how he located Lee, and threatened him further. A member of the hostel staff noticed the confrontation and ordered the former tutor to leave the premises.Investigations were initially carried out internally by the college without a criminal inquiry, even though a police investigation should have taken precedence. Subsequently, the Ess*x Police and the Metropolitan Police approached the Secretary of State for advice. The response they received was a directive for non-prosecution regarding the criminal investigation into his former tutor and Michael Barrymore.

Please remember that we possess the paperwork from the college's internal investigation, and the versions provided by the Metropolitan Police and Ess*x Police are very different. Why this is the case will be explained in due course.

Regarding the various press members hounding his former tutor's home in London, the explanation of how it all started will be provided in due course. Crucially, Lee knows of three witnesses who can verify his story, witnesses that the police were completely unaware of.

Lee submitted a letter to the UK Prime Minister twice, but received no response. He also sent a complaint to the Parliamentary committee regarding Deaf human trafficking and child exploitation, which similarly went unanswered.

As for why Lee has an outdated cochlear implant, this will be explained to the court in due course.

Furthermore, the small card relates to MI5 intelligence. We cannot discuss any details regarding what it is or how it was obtained, as it clearly involves high profile situation, the exposure of the Deaf community and BSL interpreters. This represents a severe breach of confidentiality affecting the Deaf community online, offline, and in person, raising significant national security concerns. This involves the nationwide abuse of Deaf children and young people at Deaf schools and colleges, including illegal abortions.

This involves a decision by the CPS and Merseyside Police, who are asking Lee to plead not guilty. Remember Lee cannot read word by English language. We explain why in due course.

This is very crucial matter for a Deaf person.

This stands in contrast to the advice of Lee's previous lawyers, Paul Crowley & Co, who advised him to plead guilty or face immediate imprisonment. Lee wanted to plead not guilty to prove his case regarding maltreatment by the s*x offending team, which is how this situation was raised at Liverpool Crown Court.

Lee clearly stated this through a court-provided BSL interpreter, as Paul Crowley & Co had failed to book one. It is important to bear in mind that Lee had no legal consultation with his solicitor, except for a single visit to their office where he stated he had evidence. They told him wait until trial. Why? Same pattern at Leeds combined crown court.

On that day at Liverpool Crown Court, Lee was told to plead guilty. Even though he did not want to, he was afraid of going to prison if Lee has not entered plea not guilty.

Lee committed that communication offence, in order to return to probation officers due to individuals has harmed Lee again. Lee's devices is been hacked but Lee can get that iCloud back with no issues. Lee does not want s*x offending team to access to it due to audio recorded from police officer Peter Arnold and police officer Christoper Bennett actions toward him, his mother and 007 Interpreter. This is due to twice unlawful arrest, twice unlawful detainment, deployed taser gun, and criminal property inside his home with no fault of his own.

Please remember that Lee posted on his social media stating that he has been illegally recorded, and he has filmed evidence of this happening a few times.

He experienced further maltreatment from various police officers, both before and after this incidents.

Please remember that Lee is a victim of a serious attack that occurred in the summer of 2024, as well as prior incidents. This also involves another individual who was his partner for over 17 years.
