🎬 We're really excited for this one! 📝

Aspiring comedy writers from across the Liverpool City Region are being given the chance to develop their ideas through the new BBC Comedy Liverpool Script Development project, supported by Liverpool Film Office via the LCR Production Fund.

The initiative will commission five original comedy script developments and aims to discover fresh voices capable of creating a sitcom that captures Liverpool's distinctive humour and spirit.

To be eligible, writers must be from or currently based in the Liverpool City Region and apply with a UK-based production company.
