🚨 BIG NEWS FOR KCC LIVE! 🚨

Today marks a huge milestone in our journey as we’re delighted to announce that KCC Live, trading as MissionNeed Limited, has officially been awarded a Community Digital Sound Programme Licence by Ofcom! 🎉📻

This licence gives us the opportunity to continue growing our service, reaching more listeners, supporting more local voices and creating even more opportunities for our communities.

From our beginnings as a community-focused radio station to now securing our digital broadcasting future, this is a proud moment for everyone who has supported KCC Live along the way.

A massive thank you to our volunteers, presenters, DJs, partners, supporters and listeners who have believed in our vision. This achievement belongs to all of us. ❤️

With our new headquarters taking shape in Huyton Village and exciting developments happening behind the scenes, the future is looking brighter than ever for KCC Live.

To all our incredible listeners we wanted to update you that we will be back on air very soon. We are currently relocating our radio transmitter to a new location due to the building it’s currently at being closed soon and they arnt in a position to extend our lease. To assure all of our listeners and supporters of where we are up to and in light of some recent reports, I can personally assure you that we are currently undergoing some changes that I personally feel will take the radio station in the direction I’ve always wanted to and corrections of recent reports will be issued as this isn’t factual information. I truly want to thank everyone who has supported me on this journey and knows everything I’ve put in to making this station a success. I look forward to you hearing us back on air very soon and thanks again to those who have supported us. I personally want to thank the team at Ofcom for the most positive conversation we have ever had today since I stepped in, many thanks Miguel 💛🎼🎧
