PASTILLE BAKERY OPENS NEW SITE IN THE BALTIC! // 🥐☕️

The artisan bakery, which specialises in cruffins, cookies, cakes and pastries has now opened a new site located on Bridgewater Street in the Baltic.

Pastille Bakery’s second location will offer everything customers have come to love, including huge desserts, and flaky pastries, alongside coffee.

Two of the North’s most-loved independent food brands are joining forces, as Bundobust and Federal team up for a limited-edition collaboration celebrating the very best of brunch and Indian street food.

The collaborative menu line-up blends Federal’s signature brunch style with Bundobust’s bold Indian flavours which will run from Saturday 29 August - Sunday 13 September.

Over at Bundobust, the starts of the show are Halloumi & Shroom Tikka, with 24-hour marinated halloumi & Fed Sauce; and the Hara Bhara Corn Sliders, mashing up Federal’s much-loved corn fritter with Bundobust’s Hara Bara brunch patty, topped with green chutney, desi omelette and pickled vegetables in slider buns.
