WOW… what a place! 🤩

We genuinely feel like we could visit Martin Mere Wetland Centre every single day and still not get bored!

Until 31st August, they’re hosting their Dragonfly Festival, and it’s such a fantastic day out for children. There are interactive talks, craft sessions, science classes, bug hunts and so many hands-on activities to keep little ones entertained.

Whether your children love exploring outdoors or prefer indoor activities, there really is something for everyone. We spent the day enjoying the parks, stepping stones, feeding the ducks, canoe boats, den building, water play and so much more… and we still didn’t manage to fit everything in!

The kids genuinely didn’t want to leave, and neither did we. We’ll definitely be back soon and we’re already looking into a membership because there’s just so much to see and do throughout the year.

We stayed at School Lane Hotel, a hidden gem right in the heart of Liverpool ONE with spacious family rooms.

The kids have asked every day since when we can go back! 😂❤️

We’ve been to Liverpool ONE countless times, but never realised it could make such an easy, fun and stress-free family staycation!
