Soft Cinnamon Roll Bites
Ingredients
1Β½ cups bread flour
Β½ cup warm milk
1Β½ tsp yeast
ΒΌ cup butter (softened or melted)

cup brown sugar
ΒΌ tsp salt
Β½ tsp cinnamon (or more if you like it bold!)

1οΈβ£ Activate the Yeast
Mix warm milk + yeast + 1/3 cup brown sugar.
2οΈβ£ Make the Dough
Add:
Bread flour
Salt
1/4 cup melted butter
Mix and knead 5β7 minutes until smooth and slightly tacky.
3οΈβ£ First Rise
Cover and let rise 45β60 minutes until doubled.
4οΈβ£ Make the Filling
Mix:
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
butter
5οΈβ£ Shape the Bites
Roll the dough into a rectangle (about ΒΌ inch thick).
Spread the butter mixture evenly.
Roll into a log.
Slice into small 1-inch pieces.
Place into greased mini muffin tin or baking dish.
6οΈβ£ Second Rise
Let rise 20β30 minutes until puffy.
7οΈβ£ Bake
Bake at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 15β18 minutes until golden.
