Getting in the Christmas spirit by adding more Christmas deckies ngl I need MORE for the ceiling but the house is getting there. I have done a complete 180! Since having my kids I love Christmas. I used to hate it. It wasn't always a good holiday growing up and now as an adult I am trying my best to make it so that my kids enjoy the magic of it all. So I am getting there. My friend Andy is the embodiment of Christmas and I'm pretty sure he'd be proud lol 😂

Day.... Of soaking my feet in salt water after my nails surgery and I am so happy with how my nails are. They're not causing me more pain which is a blessing as I get A LOT of pain as it is. But here I am feet in salty water and I cannot wait for the day I can stop doing this as I just want to go to sleep. Yes it's not even 8pm but this mammy is exhausted. I hope everyone is having an amazing weekend and if anyone out there is needing to get nail surgery done I say go for it. I've had it done twice and my only regret is not making it permanent the first time.

Just like that it's starting to look like Christmas 🎁 The kids have been asking for the tree up and I thought bu**er it whilst I have that spurge of energy and focus to sort my life out I shall put up the tree.
I have never been a Christmas kinda person, but seeing how happy it makes my little peanuts makes the magic real ❤️

Baking over the half term has been really fun, it's something I don't do. I wouldn't even say I'm good at it! But I didn't poison anyone and all the snacks went down a treat! Will I be doing more of it? Yes. I have found that I enjoy it, like therapy in a way. Plus I know what is in the snacks my kids are eating. They are snack monsters ngl.

Same Jumpsuit with a difference! Can you tell what that is? Well...? No?.. I'll tell you. The difference is 44lbs in weight gone! Am I where I want to be with my weight? No I'm not but I am closer now than I was when I first took that picture. I am healthier, fitter and lighter. I hated feeling heavy, my joints would cry and not with age! 🤣 Now they cry a little, but being healthy is a life long commitment. It's a shame that losing my ability to move is what has spurred me forward with my fitness goals. Hindsight and all that jazz. But here I am healthier than I've been in a long time and here I am not as healthy as I'm going to be by the end of 2025 ✌️❤️

Here I am being a poser✌️ ✨✨ I know I say this every few months but I do have a new appreciation for this body of mine! She is fantastic! For all the battles she has faced, for the babies she has birthed and all the on-going battles she faces every day, she is here; doing her thing and being fantastic!
I want every single person to look at themselves today and think " do you know what? " "I am fantastic!" Because we need to be kinder to ourselves.

The only difference is I added star anise and cloves. I'm hoping it tastes like I remember. I haven't had pickled shallots in years so I'm excited ngl 😊😊
