Everyone’s favourite day (and night!) out is almost here: Llanelli 80s Festival 2025 is THIS Saturday!
Join us from 10am til 7pm and beyond for a totally tubular day out, slap-bang in the middle of Llanelli town centre! We've got the official low-down right here, so give it a read and help spread the word, yeah? 👇
⚡⌚ Great Scott! The DeLorean replica’s time circuits are set and ready to ride into Stepney Square at precisely 10am, along with two special visitors from 1985: Marty McFly and Doc Emmett Brown! They’ll be hanging out til 4pm, then they have to head off – said they have something to sort out back in 2015... 🤔
🪩🕺 Whether you want to pump up the jam or dance on the ceiling, we’ve got you covered with a live music line-up guaranteed to knock your leg warmers off! Bringing you the best of the 80s bangers on our Vaughan Street stage, we have:
12pm: Llanelli Amateur Musical Performers
1:15pm: The Wurlitzers
2:30pm: Phil Collins tribute
3:45pm: The Stray Pursuit
5pm: Darren Lee Hughes International Michael Jackson Tribute
6:15pm: The Reflex
🍹🍕 Keep yourself going with some treats from our market stalls, street food vendors, and four on-site bars! Llanelly House, Marzano’s mobile bar, Red Cow Llanelli , and The Tinhouse will all be there to quench your thirst throughout the day – spoilt for choice, much?
💿🛍️ It wouldn't be a proper 80s fest without a record and CD fair! Record Fairs Wales/Cymru will be in Llanelli Library from 11am to 3:30pm with a HUGE range of LPs, EPs, and more on offer, in association with The Second 45 🤘
🇵🚗 For all the ordinary, non-time travelling cars, there’ll be free car parking in all council-run town centre car parks, courtesy of Cyngor Sir Gâr - Carmarthenshire County Council!
🍻🤪 When the time comes to kick you all off the deck chairs at the end of the day (happens every year!), don’t worry: the party’s just getting started with loads of evening events across the town centre! Venues include Coco bay beach & cafe bar, CROSS KEYS Llanelli, EJs Dance Bar, Llanelli Con Club, Marzano's Caffe Bar, Red Cow Llanelli , Ruby's Bar, and The Tinhouse!
