This UK journey has been the most positive plot twist ✨
I’m deepening friendships, building my business, and leading the most fun and rewarding group of women through transformative programs.

Someone once told me I’m “too free.” I laughed for days.

Can you be too free? 😂

Like, is there a freedom limit I’ve crossed?

A point where my aliveness becomes inconvenient for others who’ve chosen the cage?
Because here’s what I’ve realised: You can never be too free if you can trust yourself to show up for what actually matters.

Here’s what I’ve learned about the illusion we’ve been sold:
That freedom lives in the space between responsibilities.

In the gaps where we don’t have to choose, don’t have to risk, don’t have to feel the full weight of our own aliveness.
But that’s not freedom.
That’s just... existing. Real freedom?
It’s intoxicating.
It’s the rush of waking up knowing today I get to build something that matters.

I used to wear my “trauma” like a badge of honour.

My mother’s brutal murder, addiction, abandonment—I had the credentials to prove how much I’d “been through.”
But one day, I realised something that changed everything:

The story I told about my pain was keeping me small.
