Before I see you, I will see myself first..

Measure my own energy, make sure I’m fit for purpose for you….

I start my day with checking the energy in my little sanctuary, making sure there is no little whispers of residue . If so, I cleanse the studio again. I do this several times a day.

I sit in stillness, quiet meditation, and I ‘tap in’

I call in my guides, my ancestors, universal energy. I call in love, light, positivity and protection.

I give thanks and deep gratitude.

I do this for you and I do this for me. Many of my beautiful clients know this already, so for those of you that I have yet to meet…. This is for you 💚
