💼 Full-time | Start: August 2025
💰 £40–50K (probation) → £60–70K (post-probation) → £90–100K (as Director)
🎯 OTE £100K+ | Clear path to Sales Director in 24 months
🔹 Lead national B2B sales in construction/fenestration
🔹 Close national accounts (supply/full-package deals)
🔹 Build & manage a sales team (5+ by Month 24)
🔹 Commissions: 5% personal | 0.5% team | Bonuses up to £15K
🔹 Laptop, phone, fuel card, car allowance
👉 Min. 5 yrs B2B exp. in construction
👉 Strong closer, CRM-savvy, commercial mindset

✅✅✅ Regional Sales Manager – UK (Remote + Field)
💼 Full-time | £40–50K base | OTE £75K+ (uncapped)
📍 Regions: North, Midlands, London, South, South West
🚀 Fast track to Senior RSM / KAM in 12–18 months
🔹 Own your pipeline, close B2B deals with fabricators, developers & contractors
🔹 Commissions: 6% (inbound) | 8% (self-generated)
🔹 Quarterly bonuses (£1.5K–£2.5K) + £3K loyalty bonus
🔹 Laptop, phone, fuel card, car allowance
👉 Min. 2 yrs B2B sales (construction preferred)
