Notting Hill Carnival 2026 - 60th anniversary

Every year we try to go to the Notting Hill Carnival that is held in West London, UK in the last Summer Bank Holiday of the year.

We enjoy celebrating the culture, the fun, the laughter and joy, and the amazing range of food and drinks! And this year it’s Notting Hill Carnival’s 60th anniversary - may it continue 🙏❤️

Traditionally for food, we go for curried goat, rice and peas, salad, fried dumpling and fried plantains and all washed down with yummy Caribbean rum cocktails. There is so much to choose from, whatever you like you will find it, falafel, pizza, pasta, Brazilian, Ecuadorean and so much choice for Caribbean foods.

Our advice is to go early, we set off from 11am, plan ahead on what tube stations are open and which ones are exits or entries only. Also, make sure you know the live bus schedules and where the bus stops are, it’s always handy! And best thing is you can have your fun dancing and getting your steps in for 10k a day 🏃🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️
