An open-air bath in the middle of the wild… while the sun burns itself out over the Cederberg.

This is the kind of place you come to when the world feels too loud.

Warm water beneath the mountains, complete silence except for the wind, and a cottage hidden deep enough into nature that time starts to feel different here.

Not much to do.
And somehow… that’s exactly the point.

I can’t give up coffee — and I’ve stopped pretending I will ☕️
But the slump and crash after? That was getting old.

I learned coffee depletes minerals in the body, and I’d heard people like Gary Brecka, Andrew Huberman, and Brian Johnson talk about this — so it finally clicked.

Instead of quitting coffee, I added Zenii Mineral Concentrate.
No idea why nobody talks about it… but it’s honestly changed my routine.
