Very excited to be casting the UK premiere of this extraordinary show.

The Jonathan Larson Project will receive its UK premiere in summer 2026, marking 30 years since the passing of Jonathan Larson. Conceived by Jennifer Ashley Tepper, this musical r***e celebrates Larson’s legacy through previously unheard songs and rare material that reveal the depth, humour and urgency of his work.

I was lucky enough to see the project Off-Broadway last year and it is truly an absolute gift. Following its acclaimed New York run, director John Simpkins is reimagining the production for a London audience, playing at Southwark Playhouse Borough from 9 July to 22 August.

Larson’s family have spoken about how meaningful it is to bring Jonathan’s lesser-known music to a British audience, sharing that his spirit is very much alive in these songs and that, although written long ago, the work feels more relevant now than ever. John Simpkins has also spoken about what an honour it is to be entrusted with directing the UK production of a composer who changed the face of musical theatre.

The London run will feature a UK cast. I’m delighted to be casting the production alongside producers Thomas Hopkins and Sams Entertainment, with executive producer Julie Larson. Further members of the creative team will be announced.

Really proud to finally share this.

I am casting the world premiere of Allegra, written by Peter Quilter, with the extraordinary Dame Maureen Lipman leading the company as Allegra.

A brand new comedy, a major UK tour launching in 2026, and a role with real bite, warmth and comic intelligence. Allegra is a woman who refuses to dim herself, bursting into song as she moves through life, and Dame Maureen is quite simply the dream casting. Sharp, fearless, funny and utterly singular.

This marks Dame Maureen’s first major UK tour in over 20 years, opening in Brighton during the week of her 80th birthday, ahead of a planned West End run. Being trusted to cast a project of this scale, with an icon at its centre, is exactly why I love what I do.

Exciting News. Fing is heading to Sundance!

Thrilled to share that Fing, the feature adaptation of David Walliams’ much loved book, has been officially selected for the 2026 Sundance Film Festival, premiering this January in Park City, Utah.

Casting this film has been an absolute joy. Working with an extraordinary lead cast including Taika Waititi, Mia Wasikowska, Penelope Wilton, Blake Harrison and newcomer Iona Bell has been a privilege. Their talent, generosity and spirit have shaped the heart of this film. Directed by Jeffrey Walker, the story comes to life with warmth, imagination and a bold cinematic touch.

A huge thank you to our producing team. Jo Sargent, Todd Fellman and King Bert Productions. Their passion and belief in the project have guided every step of the journey.

We could not be prouder that Fing will be showcased among some of the most exciting new voices in world cinema ahead of its release early next year. Sundance is where so many culturally significant films first find their audience and it is an honour for Fing to be part of that tradition.

I’m searching for outstanding high tenor singers aged 21–30 for a major UK theatre contract.

This role requires a B2–C5 range with the ability to float repeated B4s/C5s in a pure, youthful mix. Strong acting skills essential. Must be able to play guitar confidently to a high standard.

Rehearsals and performances will take place in London. Availability from 2026.

Feeling incredibly proud and honoured to be nominated for a Children’s Emmy for Malory Towers. Eternally grateful to King Bert for trusting me with this beautiful world, and to every single cast and crew member who has poured their heart into the series.

We have cast well over 150 roles across the seasons, and each performer has brought something unique and magical to the show. It has been a joy to champion so many brilliant young actors and to help bring these stories to life.
