Institute of Directors (London) closely associated with Zuma family, known for bribery and corruption State Capture in South Africa, through its member Richard Abbey Jnr(Ghanaian).
Abbey is the founder of the "40 Under 40 Awards", a global brand that recently held their South Africa event where Dlamini-Zuma delivered the keynote address showcasing their close relationship.
At inception, Abbey founded Xodus Communications, a UK registered company to carry out operations of the "40 Under 40 Awards". The directors of the company are Bobbi Trehan-Young (British), Nana Adjoa Sifa Amponsah(Ghanaian) and Richard Abbey Jnr himself.
During the Zuma State Capture investigations, Bell Pottinger, one of Britain’s most prestigious public relations firm, was expelled by the PRCA over accusations of stirring up racial tensions in South Africa.
Section 7 of the UK Bribery Act 2010 stipulates a criminal offense for commercial organizations for "failure to prevent bribery" with a person associated with them. "Associated persons" include employees, agents, and others who perform services for the organization.
