✨ Happy Holidays from Libra VA Services ✨

As the year draws to a close, I wanted to take a moment to reflect and say a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported Libra VA Services this year - our clients, collaborators, and wider community. Your trust and partnership have meant more than I can put into words.

This year has brought change for the business, most notably with Lou stepping down as Co-Director. I’m incredibly grateful for everything Lou contributed to Libra VA Services, and I’m proud of how the business has continued to evolve through this transition. Change is never easy, but it has created space for growth, clarity, and exciting plans ahead.

As we head into the festive season, I’ll be signing off for the next two weeks to rest, reset, and spend quality time with my three children and husband 🤍 I’m really looking forward to slowing down and recharging before stepping into the new year with fresh energy and focus.

Libra VA Update - A Big Welcome to Rhi!

I’m delighted to officially welcome Rhi into her new role as an internal Marketing Associate here at Libra VA Services. Some of you will know Rhi from her excellent work as a team associate, and we’re thrilled to now have her talents focused within our marketing team.

Rhi brings over 20 years of administrative support experience across a variety of industries, giving her a strong foundation of transferable skills and an impressive ability to adapt to new systems, tasks, and challenges. Her approachable nature and commitment to tailoring her working style to each client's needs make her an incredible asset to our team and the wider Libra VA community.

Alongside her professional strengths, Rhi balances life as a dedicated mum to two boys and values the flexibility of VA work, which helps her maintain a healthy work–life balance.

Outside of work, she enjoys acting - and will soon be performing in her first full-length play in over a decade!

I’m excited to see Rhi continue to grow within Libra VA Services and contribute her passion, creativity, and experience to our ongoing marketing efforts.

🌟 Exciting Changes at Libra VA Services 🌟

Hi everyone, Bree here 👋. As some of you may know, my brilliant co-founder, Lou, has moved on to new ventures, and I’m now leading Libra VA on my own.

This transition has been a great reminder of something we often tell our clients: no one can do it all! Even Virtual Assistants need support. From client work to admin to marketing - it's a full plate, especially now that I’m working solo.

That’s why I’m thrilled to share that I’ll soon be welcoming an internal VA to support the behind-the-scenes work at Libra VA. Because even in a VA business, having someone to delegate to makes all the difference.

We’re committed to balance (the clue’s in the name!), and this step ensures we continue to deliver top-tier service while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

✨ A Personal Update from Me and Libra VA Services ✨

After five incredible years of building Libra VA Services side by side, my wonderful Co-Director, Lou, will be stepping back from her role on 1 December 2025 to focus on family life over the next year.

Following her well-deserved career break, Lou will be channelling her creativity and passion into her acting and her Learning Languages with Lou business - two areas that truly light her up.

Lou has been such a huge part of what Libra VA is today. From those early days of vision-setting (and a few too many late-night brainstorming sessions!) to navigating the ups and downs of running a business through the pandemic - she’s poured heart, humour, and determination into everything she’s done.

While I’ll miss having her alongside me day to day, I’m so proud of what we’ve built together - and deeply grateful for her friendship, leadership, and everything she’s contributed to our team and clients.

As I continue to lead Libra VA Services into its next chapter, our mission remains unchanged: to help businesses grow with exceptional virtual support and a human touch.
