It’s finally warm enough for me to start running again! 🥹

I’ve found running to help me:

🎶 Practice mindfulness - I looove just thinking about nothing and listening to my music

😪Reduce stress - After a run believe it or not, I actually feel so chill and zen

💪🏾Keep physically healthy - And obviously it gets my muscles moving and blood pumping + it helps me get my steps in for the day haha

Winter has gotten the best of your boi 😭

🤧 As someone in the healthcare space, taking care of my immune system is my number one priority! But that didn’t even count for anything starting 2026 😂.

🦠 With being just 7 weeks in with three different illnesses back to back, it just goes to show sometimes no matter what you do, you’ll just have to succumb, stop and rest.

😷 So till further notice, I’m just wearing a mask while still doing my regular immune system boosting rituals. And you should too if you find yourself suffering frequently from the various viruses passing through the atmosphere.
