Please be aware that I will be closed from the 11th of November, until the 15th of December, as I recover from surgery.

Last time I had similar surgery, it took me far longer than anticipated to be back on my feet, due to reactions to medication and severe weight loss, so I’m taking a little more time before heading back into work.

Made using Squires Kitchen modelling chocolate, cocoa butter for painting, and sugarpaste. 🥰

Hello everyone!
Just a quick notice to say that I may take a little longer to reply to messages/emails in the coming few weeks.
It’s the run up to Cake International, and it’s all systems go in the cake studio!
I’ll also be taking on fewer orders, as I’m limited for space, and time.
I may also turn away more complex and time consuming orders, and only do simple cakes.
The studio is rammed full of competition pieces, exhibition art, and more ganache than I can afford 😂

Something simple from last week is this 8 inch chocolate, dairy free, gamer themed cake for Liam, ordered by our local florist, World of Flowers, Eastcote, Pinner HA5 1RH (cough cough, the best flowers around, cough cough).

A massive thank you to Nikki from Burnt Island Occasions for the toppers. Honestly the friendliest and quickest service I’ve ever used for acrylic toppers! 10/10!!!

One I almost missed!
I took part in an Alice in wonderland online collaboration, and this was my piece!

The Cheshire Cat has always been a favourite of mine, so I had to recreate this iconic moment from the Disney animated movie, where Alice first meets the cat.

Made with Saracino pasta top, and Saracino flower paste.
