Eating and watching Netflix…
Perfect combo right??????

Eating while watching Netflix feels amazing, but studies show it makes you less mindful of portions. When distracted by a screen, the brain doesn’t fully register satiety, leading to overeating.

Comfort is fine in doses, but mindful eating keeps both the plate and body balanced.

Life feels like traveling sometimes you don’t know the next stop, but you pack your bags and show up anyway. I never imagined I’d be writing a book, yet here I am, on a journey I didn’t plan but deeply needed.

Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d reach this point of writing a BOOK, putting my story out there. Life has a way of surprising you, of stretching you into spaces you never imagined.

I remember the day I posted and asked how do you feel right now just one word and the answers were shocking, I didn’t see one HAPPY, or positive comment.

I know life is hard already that’s why I take it upon myself to try to create happy memories not just for myself but to extend it to everyone as much as possible.

Be consoled and know that even in the times of challenges and hardship which every HUMAN experience in their lives at different levels and degrees.

Know PEACE and Speak it into existence because we only got one live and one you, take it easy and utilise every opportunity to be happy 😊

STORYTIME with NK

I can't even count how many times this has happened to me. It's a lot. I would have a burden in my heart to do something or bring something I don’t need.

I'd be like, should I? Is there any need for me to do this thing now? Okay, just bring this thing or do it anyway.

When I get to my destination, or for one reason or the other, somebody would be like, hey, I want this thing. That thing that I thought was irrelevant is a lifesaver for that person.

The person would keep blessing me and saying some positive words to me.
Thank God I listened !!!

Today’s kitchen experiment is mixed spicy beef wrapped in lettuce leaves, with boiled eggs on the side. Simple, creative, and absolutely delicious. I love making my own concoction foods it’s the joy of mixing flavours without rules.
