DAY 2: Helping a struggling business that’s closing down 🥹❤️ even though the food is 🧨

This is - Matt quit his job in professional kitchens to set up his own fire kitchen.

He only has 2 weeks left before he shuts down, last Thursday they didn’t take a single sale from the till. Matt also sent me another messages this morning saying the till sales from yesterday were also £0.

That’s ridiculous considering how good his food is + the brewery is great with a huge range of beers! 🍺

I tried the worlds rarest wine 🍷 🇪🇸

One of the craziest days of my life. The days begins by setting sales across Galicia in northern Spain to a mussel farm where 15 years ago,
120 bottles of a one of a kind alberino were placed under water at the bottom of the ocean with the mussels and living organisms. Only 30 bottles survived.

Taking the case out the water, it looked like a sea monster. The project was carried out by two the greatest wineologists in the world. Rodri and Raul, a project that was wrote a new chapter of history. The pressure of the sea, speeds up the aging process, giving the wine a totally new flavour profile. Incredible.

Enjoyed with 🥩- one of the best to ever do it!
