Football Fridays Youth Club and Holistic Mind, Body & Soul is more than just a football programme — it is a safe, inspiring community where children and young people can grow, belong and thrive. Through football, mentoring and holistic wellbeing activities, we aim to build confidence, improve mental health and encourage healthier lifestyles for young people who may otherwise feel isolated or vulnerable.

Our sessions create a positive environment where young people can socialise, stay active and develop important life skills such as teamwork, discipline, leadership and resilience. We believe every child deserves the opportunity to feel valued, heard and supported, regardless of their background or circumstances.

By combining sport with emotional wellbeing, healthy eating awareness and community engagement, Football Fridays helps keep young people away from negative influences and off the streets, replacing them with purpose, encouragement and opportunity. We also aim to inspire the next generation of footballers, coaches, trainers and community leaders.

Your donation will help provide equipment, safe spaces, training opportunities, refreshments and wellbeing support for children and young people who need it most. Together, we can connect mind, body and soul while creating brighter futures through the power of football and community.
