Theasis Homes TV is a UK-based video production and broadcasting company for Real Estate. We are currently recruiting for a 6-month Junior Video Producer placement through the government’s Kickstart scheme: https://www.gov.uk/government/collections/kickstart-scheme

We are looking for a goal-oriented and organised Junior Video Producer to manage projects from inception to completion.
We will provide training on
1. Video Camera Operation,
2. Video editing using FCP
3. Setting up TV Studio
4. Also, learning how to archive, conserve and preserve footage
5. write content/scriptwriting for products and videos.
6.Marketing skills using social media.
This is a great opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in a friendly, supportive environment.
The role will involve :
* Video record properties and areas and travel to various London locations and surroundings areas. Interviews with clients in multiple locations.
* Work from the TV studio; Setting up the studio and preparing equipment for interviews with clients.
*Scriptwriting and using audio equipment to record their voice and create voice overs.
*Use of professional editing equipment to post-produce the video and complete the final product.
*Uploading content online, on the website for live streaming, and engaging with audiences through social media.
*Occasional presentation on camera
The role requires candidates:
* To work outside of regular business hours as job duties or assignment requires, sometimes with little or no advance notification.
*To respond to audience feedback in a timely and appropriate manner.
Essential skills include :
*We will train candidates on the operation of cameras, however the knowledge of the operation of a camera or media training will be a bonus. Knowledge of the Mac environment.
*Must know how to operate social media accounts and interact well with people. Must engage and bring more followers for Theasis Homes TV pages
*Ability to scriptwriting for the description of properties and areas -Very Good level of English
*Must be punctual at all times
*Must be organised and prioritise jobs
*Must know how to operate social media accounts and interact well with people.
*Strong problem-solving skills and concept development - ability to conceptualise issues, quickly develop solutions, and implement action plans.
*Able to undertake general administrative duties, as required.
*Ability to travel as required
Other skills:
Car owners would be preferred, but this is not essential. Available parking on premises
The areas the role is taking place:
1. TV Studio: North London
2. Other locations: Travelling Around London ( paid travel expenses)
The position requires the candidates to work different days during the week , from Monday to Saturday, 25 hours per week.
